Maieve was in Toby's room

Toby stumbled in, looking at Maieve but then just walking to his bed. Collapsing onto the bed.

Maieve had his suspicions but decided not to jump to conclusions

Toby took something from his pocket of his pants. Quickly grabbing the small plastic bag in his hand. He put it away in a drawer.

Maieve was allowed to jump to conclusions after seeing that. " You're doing it again!! "

"Yeah, I know..." Toby said simply.

Maieve left the room, slamming the door behind him.

Toby was too high to care, and just flopped down onto the bed.

Maieve wasn't going to forgive him this time.

Toby slept all the next day, seeing as it was the weekend.

Maieve didn't even bother going to see him.

Toby awoke later, sitting up and going downstairs.

Maieve didn't start hissing when he came around, but just completely ignored him.

Toby looked at him and smiled a bit. He had blanked on what happened last night. "Hey..."

" Hmph.. " was all Maieve had to say

Toby backed off a bit. "Fine, be that way..." He scoffed, turning back to the kitchen.

Maieve was totally pissed now. Toby blew it this time.

Toby wasn't just going to go crying to him. He worked hard to keep that silly neko, and this only made his efforts slack.

Maieve didn't know what to do. He was tired of this.

Toby looked back at Maieve. "If you hate me so much, I can just find somewhere else for you to live." He snapped.

" Fine.. " he grumbled. He didn't hate Toby.. not at all. He was just sad that he kept doing this to Maieve.

Toby turned from the room, going towards the door. "At least I won't have to deal with the homework anymore." He muttered.

Maieve looked away. He didn't want things to be this way.

Toby left the room to inform his mother of what was going on. And that she should arrange for someone to take Maieve off their hands.

Maieve looked down, his ears twitched in almost utter sadness.
