The officer left, leaving Hunter to slip to the ground. Closing his eyes tightly as he leaned against the cold surface of the door.

Cooro stumbled into the room. He had been so afraid that Hunter would get caught, that it wasn't funny.

Hunter instantly got up, hugging Cooro tightly. Barely even up from his knees as he did. His arms were tight around him. "You need to leave." Although his touch was loving, his voice was stern.

" I know.. " Cooro said with a sigh. He really didn't want to leave, but it looked like he had no choice. The risk of getting caught was way too big now.

Hunter felt another binge drink coming on. He started to let go of the younger boy.

If Cooro went back home, he knew he would be massacred. But that was the price he had to pay. He intended on leaving as soon as possible.

Hunter let go with a sigh, sitting back on his chair for a few moments.

Cooro decided to get all of his stuff together, doing so quite quickly.

Hunter took this moment to reflect on what was happening. Sitting down at th-- Nah! I'm just screwing with you. He took this time to binge drink.

Cooro got all of his stuff, and when he saw Hunter drinking, he didn't even plan on saying goodbye.

Well, at that moment he had only one drink. And hadn't even gotten close to getting drunk. He didn't look up from his glass.

Cooro reconsidered this, and just said something to give him the message. " I'm leaving now.. "

Hunter got up, kissing his forehead gently. "I'll miss you." He said quietly. "I don't think I'll be coming back, though."

" I.. understand.. " he said with a small sigh

"I think I'm going to leave town for a bit, maybe forever..." He explain, starting to let go.

" No! Hunter, please.. you can't leave me.. " he begged

Hunter looked down at Cooro sadly. "Sorry Kid, it's too dangerous right now." He said weakly. "I'll be back, someday, maybe..."

Cooro just looked down. He had never been this sad in his life. Pffft! No kidding!

Hunter's a Heartless Bastard....

Hunter knelt down infront of him quietly. Lifting his chin to look at him. "Did you really think this was going to last forever?" He spoke gently. "Did you expect to spend the rest of your life with me?"

" N-No, but.. " Cooro stuttered. He really didn't want it to end like this.

"Just...Go. OK?" Hunter said, looking down abruptly. "I'll come back, I promise." Though, he knew it wasn't the best thing to promise. Because he really couldn't keep it.

" O..Okay.. " he said with a sad sigh.

Hunter got up and took his hand. "I'll drive you home."

Cooro just managed a nod. That was all he could really do at the moment, Hunter being a Heartless Bastard and all..

Hunter had come to a crossroad. He really should just run, like hell. Get away from Cooro and run. Because he was in fear of the cops at the moment. But, he didn't, and just walked to his car. Still holding Cooro's hand.
