Joya didn't let go, just looked down so her hair covered his eyes.

Hunter felt highly uncomfortable, but wasn't going to leave jobless and Cooro-less. "I didn't do anything to your son." he said firmly. "And I don't plan to..." He added something under his breath. "yet."

Hunter wasn't going to continue to try. He didn't feel like it. He just sighed a bit, looking at the ground. "You're not going to stop me from seeing him." He said, rather sharply,

Hunter had seconds to think about this. He could either leave, or wait months to see Cooro. Or, he had another choice. It was probably a bad choice. He took Cooro back from the rather feeble Joya. "I won't fucking wait." He repeated, before running. He considered picking him up, but didn't.

Ichigo never thought he'd have the nerve to do that. And definately didn't expect it.

Hunter wasn't going to. Yes, this was all unethical. But, still. He ran to his car and just put Cooro on his lap, not having the time to wait for him to get in the other side. Starting the car and locking the door.

Cooro was rather shocked by all of this.

Ichigo buried his face in his hands. Joya was probably going to turn into a nervous wreck again.

Hunter nuzzled Cooro gently as he put his hands on the wheel. "I won't just give you up..." He said gently. "I'm sorry for even trying to."

Joya fell to the ground in defeat, sitting down and pulling her knees close to her. She was the one who had let go and now extremely regretted this. She wasn't strong enough to hold on.
